All rooms and apartments have a shower/WC, balcony and color TV with satellite connection,
the holiday apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette, including towels and bed linen.
A final cleaning fee is charged in addition to the apartment prices! (€ 45 to 60 per stay)
The price includes free access to the leisure facilities in the Bellevue**** holiday club on Lake Walchsee with indoor pool, sauna area, outdoor pool and lido (please note opening times ...)
From May to October, additional free entry to the lake promenade & east bank of Lake Walchsee with Acqua Fun Park
Kaiserwinkl Card included free of charge!
Short-stay surcharge (up to 2 days):
€ 4.00 per person per day
Local tax additional: € 2.60 per night/per person over 15 years, from Dec 1st, 2026 € 3,90
Pets/dogs: please on request (limited total number).
One small dog per accommodation unit is permitted and will be charged at € 8.00 per day
Larger dogs only on request!
Payment methods: bank transfer or cash preferred. For amounts over € 200.00 we also accept EC cards, Mastercard and Visa.
